Where We Are Right Now
The Pettigrew Rising Center is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are actively building partnerships, developing our programming infrastructure, and seeking founding donors and sponsors who believe in our mission for North St. Louis youth.Your donations are tax-deductible. Born From a Need, Built With Purpose
The Pettigrew Rising Center was founded with a clear conviction: every young person in North St. Louis — ages 12 to 19 — deserves access to mentorship, leadership development, life-skills education, workforce preparation, creative expression, and community engagement.
Programs will take place in community spaces throughout North St. Louis including community centers, schools, parks, and rented facilities — meeting youth where they are. Sessions will run weekly, with additional workshops, mentorship sessions, and community events throughout the year.
Programs operate on a sliding-scale fee structure, with scholarships and financial assistance available. No youth will be denied participation due to inability to pay.
